Turnbull wants to end federal funding of schools.

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull said the federal government should withdraw from funding public schools and urged the states to quickly adopt his controversial income tax plan.

Mr Turnbull and the Liberal-Nationals have cut an average of $3.2 million from each school.

Now Mr Turnbull has confirmed he wants to stop funding public schools and cut every single cent of government funding.
